Most cold storage problems are permanent problems. Some are not, and building a room for a temporary need is an expensive way to solve it.
Emergency backup. When a walk-in fails, the clock on your inventory starts immediately. A trailer on site the same day is the difference between a repair bill and a total loss, and it is why restaurants and processors keep our number somewhere they can find it fast.
Building through a renovation. Replacing a cooler normally means shutting down. A trailer in the parking lot carries the inventory so the kitchen keeps running while we demolish and rebuild the box inside.
Seasonal and event capacity. Game days, festivals, and holiday volume create peaks that permanent refrigeration cannot justify. Renting capacity for the dates that need it beats refrigerating empty space the rest of the year.
Sites with no building. Oil field camps, remote work sites, and outdoor venues need cold storage where there is nothing to build into. A trailer is the building.
We configure them for the job — produce and floral, meat hanging with rails, beverage and keg storage, or general frozen. Buy them outright, lease them for a season, or rent for a weekend, with delivery, setup, and a temperature check before we leave.
Event-day capacity around the stadium and entertainment district.
