A clean room is defined less by what is in it than by what has been designed out of it. Every ledge, seam, square corner, and unsealed penetration is somewhere particles collect and cleaning misses, so the whole discipline is subtractive.
That starts with the wall. Flush-face panels with concealed fasteners give you a continuous non-porous surface with no protruding heads to catch dust and no exposed joint to open up over time. Full wipe-down and washdown capability is the baseline, not an upgrade.
It continues at the floor. The wall-to-floor junction is the hardest place in the room to clean and the first place an auditor looks. Our answer is a sealant-free cove: a 74 mm radius profile that installs without silicone, rated from -4F to +140F. That matters because silicone is a consumable pretending to be a permanent detail — it cracks, shrinks, and discolors, and every one of those is a finding. A cove with no bead has nothing to fail.
Then the openings. Flush-mounted doors, sealed vision panels, and gasketed penetrations keep the room's pressure envelope intact, which is what makes the air handling actually work rather than just run.
We build these for pharmaceutical, food, electronics, and laboratory facilities, and where the process needs it, we build the temperature control in too — cold rooms, stability chambers, and controlled process suites.
Send us your drawings and we will price the panel package, the coving, and the install as one scope. Reach us at 682-402-4080 or request a quote.
