From First Call to Cold Room

Cold storage projects are easy to get wrong at the quoting stage and expensive to correct later, so ours follow the same sequence every time.

The call. Tell us the footprint, the temperature, and the date it has to be running. That is usually enough for us to say whether we are the right fit and give you a rough range before anyone spends time on a site visit.

The site walk. We look at the space, the route panels have to travel, the floor, the power, and where the refrigeration can live. Most of the surprises that blow up a cold storage budget are visible on this walk and invisible on a drawing.

The quote. Panels, doors, coving, and refrigeration priced as one scope so you are not assembling a project out of separate bids and hoping they meet in the middle.

The build. Scheduled around your operating hours. Panels are assembled in place, and where inventory has to stay cold through a changeover, a refrigeration trailer covers it.

Afterward. We service what we install. One team built it, so there is one number to call when something needs attention.

Where We Work

Our shop and panel stock sit in Parker County, twenty-five minutes west of Fort Worth. That puts the whole Metroplex within an easy drive, and we work statewide from there — Houston, San Antonio, Abilene, and out into the oil patch and Oklahoma. If you are not sure whether you are in range, call and ask. The answer is usually yes.
