Dallas work splits into two very different worlds, and the mistake most suppliers make is treating them the same.
The first is institutional. School districts, hospitals, and municipal kitchens run on calendars nobody can move. A Dallas ISD cafeteria cooler has to be demolished, rebuilt, inspected, and stocked inside a summer break, in a building that is often still occupied by summer programs and maintenance crews. There is no version of that job where the panels arrive late. We plan those builds backward from the first day of school, not forward from the purchase order.
The second is commercial — restaurants, grocery, and the distribution facilities stacked along I-20, I-35E, and the Inland Port. Here the constraint is usually access rather than schedule: freight elevators, alley loading, and rooms that were framed before anybody thought about getting a 40-foot panel into them. Modular panel construction is what makes those jobs possible, because the box gets assembled in place instead of craned in whole.
Food service across the city falls under Dallas County Health and Human Services along with City of Dallas permitting. We build to those requirements from the drawing stage — coved transitions, cleanable surfaces, listed hardware — so the inspection confirms the work rather than reopening it.
